Niseko Hub (the “Site”) is a community portal for the Niseko area of Hokkaido, Japan. The operator of the Site (the “Operator”) handles users' personal information with care. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled on the Site.

- To publish listings and to facilitate contact between users.

3. Publication of Listing Information
Job and housing listings, including contact details, location, and images, are published on the Site where anyone can view them. Please understand that such information will be public before including it in a listing.
Content submitted through the contact form is sent by email to the user who posted the relevant listing. To allow the poster to reply, the sender's name and email address are shared with the poster.
4. Third-Party Services
The Site uses the following third-party services for its operation. Information collected or processed through these services is subject to each service's own privacy policy.
- Supabase (database, authentication, and image storage)
- Vercel (hosting of the Site)
- Google Cloud Translation (automatic translation of listings; titles and descriptions are sent for translation)
- Google (sending of inquiry emails)
- Google AdSense (ad delivery; applicable if introduced)
5. Transfer of Data Overseas
Some of the third-party services above operate servers outside Japan. As a result, users' information may be stored or processed outside Japan.
6. Cookies and Advertising
The Site uses cookies to the extent necessary to provide its services, such as keeping you logged in.
The Site plans to display advertising through Google AdSense in the future. If advertising is introduced, third-party vendors such as Google may use cookies to show ads based on users' interests. Cookies used for advertising can be disabled in your browser settings.
7. Security of Personal Information
The Operator endeavors to take appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it collects. Information is stored on the third-party services described above, under the security measures of each service.
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion
Users can edit or delete their own job and housing listings at any time from their account page after logging in.
If you wish to delete your account, or to request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of other personal information, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We will respond promptly after confirming that the request comes from the person concerned.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or to the Site. If a significant change is made, we will give notice on the Site.
