Job and housing listings, including contact details, location, and images, are published on the Site where anyone can view them. Please understand that such information will be public before including it in a listing.

Content submitted through the contact form is sent by email to the user who posted the relevant listing. To allow the poster to reply, the sender's name and email address are shared with the poster.

The Site uses the following third-party services for its operation. Information collected or processed through these services is subject to each service's own privacy policy.

Some of the third-party services above operate servers outside Japan. As a result, users' information may be stored or processed outside Japan.

The Site uses cookies to the extent necessary to provide its services, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your language, your Local/Visitor choice and your currency.

Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google AdSense) are loaded when you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. In some regions we show a notice instead of asking for consent and load them from the start; choosing “Decline” stops them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

When a link is clicked, the Site records which page and slot it came from, the display language, the time and the country of access (country level only) (no information that identifies you, such as your name or email address). The partner site you go to may use its own cookies to confirm bookings or purchases, which are covered by that company's privacy policy.

Words entered in the Site's search, tags that are tapped, which search results are opened, and the country of access (country level only) are recorded without identifying individuals, so we can learn what information people are looking for.

Niseko Hub is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.co.jp.

The Operator endeavors to take appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information it collects. Information is stored on the third-party services described above, under the security measures of each service.

Users can edit or delete their own job and housing listings at any time from their account page after logging in.

If you wish to delete your account, or to request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of other personal information, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy. We will respond promptly after confirming that the request comes from the person concerned.

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or to the Site. If a significant change is made, we will give notice on the Site.
