I provide one-to-one online math lessons for elementary, junior high, and high school students studying in Japanese schools. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level and goals, from schoolwork and homework support to regular tests, high school entrance exams, and university entrance exams. Students of all backgrounds are welcome, including Japanese and international families. I also support students whose first language is not Japanese and families unfamiliar with the Japanese school system or curriculum. Lessons are mainly conducted in Japanese. For students who find Japanese math terminology, word problems, or classroom explanations difficult, I use simple Japanese, diagrams, equations, and visual explanations.
