Messaging Is Now Faster and Easier — Real-Time Delivery & More

Thank you, as always, for using Niseko Hub. We've made several improvements, mainly around messaging. Here's what's new.

Messages now arrive in real time

Until now, you sometimes had to refresh the page to see a new message from someone. With this update, messages from others appear right away — no refresh needed.

When a new message arrives, the message button at the bottom-right gives a gentle chime to let you know. Conversations now flow much more smoothly.

Your sent messages appear instantly

The moment you press send, your message shows up on your screen right away. No more waiting — chatting feels light and quick.

The Jobs page now has a map

You can now see where jobs are being offered, right on a map. By category — dining, lodging, and more — you can tell at a glance where openings are.

We've launched the Business Membership plan

For shops and businesses, we've created a "Business Member" plan that lets you place ads. If you're interested, you can apply from your account page.

We'll keep growing the site, little by little, to make life and travel in Niseko more convenient. If there's a feature you'd like, or something that feels hard to use, please let us know anytime.
