DAY 15

Replying with a flat 'ないです' when a guest is anxious
CAUSE You answered the question literally
Acknowledge the feeling first, then move to action. Flat ないです reads as cold.
Using います for a passport (people verb for an object)
CAUSE English 'is' doesn't distinguish
FIX あります for objects, います for people/animals.
Launching straight into questions without offering to search together
CAUSE Focus on information gathering
It transforms the guest from alone to accompanied.
